Paired bulk and ingrowth bag soil metabarcoding of bacteria and eukaryotes

This study compares the utility of in-growth bags (sterile sentinels) and bulk soil for differentiating bacterial and eukaryote communities within crop rotation treatments at multiple times across two growing seasons. These sequencing data were generated on an Oxford Nanopore MinION.
