posted on 2023-11-30, 08:47 authored by Dacotah MelicherGenome was assembled from a single male, gDNA isolated from the flight muscle using the Gentra Puregene kit. PacBio S2 sequencing at 127x coverage, polished with NextSeq-500 Illumina reads at >150x coverage.
The project is funded by the USDA Agricultural Research Service and North Dakota State University through a Track-2 EPSCoR grant (NSF-EPSCoR-1826834).
