Organic and inorganic fertilizers modulate the response of the soil microbiome to salinity stress

dataset
posted on 2025-06-25, 02:03 authored by University of California Davis
This project examines the effects of vermicompost and NPK fertilizer on soil bacterial communities and their ability to withstand salinity stress. Through 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis, we characterized how different fertilizer treatments influence microbial diversity and community resilience in salt-affected soil
