Oreochromis niloticus isolate:F11D_XX Genome sequencing and assembly

This study provides a new and improved genome assembly of the nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus, one of the most important farmed fishes in the world. This new assembly was created from 44X coverage of PacBio reads sequenced from homozygous XX female individual.
