Bacterial DNA and RNA present in teliospores of the fungal pathogen Thecaphora frezii that causes peanut smut disease. The bacteria, mainly Luteibacter sp. could be antagonist of the fungal pathogen. The DNA and RNA initial sequencing was intended to sequence and annotate the genome of T. frezii.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1246254 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
