Multiple: Clostridium acetobutylicum, Clostridium cellulolyticum, Escherchia coli Genome sequencing

A method of PCR amplification of genomic material was found to expedite construction of genomic libraries for evolution and solvent tolerance studies. Large scale sequencing of these amplified libraries was undergone to compare the fragments generated by teh amplified approach to that of traditional "shear and ligate" methods.
