A method of PCR amplification of genomic material was found to expedite construction of genomic libraries for evolution and solvent tolerance studies. Large scale sequencing of these amplified libraries was undergone to compare the fragments generated by teh amplified approach to that of traditional "shear and ligate" methods.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA270067 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
