Genomic resources for many non-model conifer species are lacking, and this hinders the development of standardized methods for managing breeding populations in ex-situ collections and describing the diversity in wild collections. This sequence library contains microsatellite-enriched sequences for 14 North American conifer species from the genera Abies, Chamaecyparis, Picea, Pinus, and Tsuga.
