dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 06:18authored byUniversity of Kentucky
Maternally inherited bacterial endosymbionts are common in arthropods, but their distribution and prevalence is poorly characterized in many host taxa, including spiders. This dataset represents the abdominal microbiomes of 23 Mermessus fradeorum (Linyphiidae) spiders representing separate field-collected matrilines from the same population
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA604923 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
