Microbial community of the digestates from green and food waste mixed at different levels

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of feedstock carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio on resulting digestate microbiota involved in methanogenesis and predicted genes encoding lignocellulolytic activity. This study showed that the C/N ratio of the initial feedstock have a significant impact on the digestate microbiome.
