Total RNA was extracted from the hairy-root tissue harvested from beet samples each representing a pool of hairy roots obtained from four to eight beets and from the symptomatic leaf samples each representing portions of leaves obtained from four to eight sugar beet plants from California, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, and North Dakota exhibiting symptoms resembling virus diseases and 18 libraries were prepared using Ribo minus rRNA depletion RNAseq.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1107161 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
