Mapping of transcription initiation in the swine genome by RAMPAGE

One of the main objectives of the FAANG Consortium is to identify regulatory elements in the porcine genome . This BioProject contains RAMPAGE sequencing data to identify transcription start sites at high resolution. Samples correspond to several tissues from two male Yorkshires.
