Mapping of transcription initiation in the bovine genome by RAMPAGE

dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 06:22 authored by University of California, Davis, Functional Annotation of Animal Genomes (FAANG)
The identification of regulatory elements in the bovine genome is one of the main objectives of the Functional Annotation of Animal Genomes (FAANG) consortium. This BioProject contains sequence data generated through the RAMPAGE approach to help identify transcription start sites at high resolution. Samples belong to a large collection of bovine tissues from two female and two male L1 Herefords.
