Leptinotarsa decemlineata museum sequence reads

Here, we sequence museum samples of the Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata, to examine whether population genomic diversity and structure has changed over time in the Midwestern and Northeastern U.S.A., and to identify genomic regions that appear to be under selection.
