RNAseq was performed on leaf tissue from six accessions of Arabidopsis thaliana to identify NLRs and their relative expression level. Seedlings germinated on 0.5 MS 1% sucrose agar plates, then transferred to liquid MS 1% sucrose. Seedlings sampled at 14 days post germination. Accessions were sequenced using 150 bp paired end reads. RNAseq read quality was assessed and trimmed using Trimmomatic (version 0.36) with the parameters ILLUMINACLIP:2:30:10, LEADING:3, TRAILING:3, SLIDINGWINDOW:4:15, and MINLEN:100. Transcriptome assembly was performed using Trinity (version 2013-11-10) with default parameters.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA928100 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
