The endophytic fungal communities associated with the leaves and roots of Bromus tectorum (Cheatgrass) were characterized using Illumina sequencing of the ITS2 region. Communities were characterized under various inoculation treatments, including various plant litters and soil. The endophytic fungal communities in these inoculum sources was also characterized.
