Raw and unassembled transcriptome sequences from Hylaeus volcanicus (Perkins, 1899) (Hymenoptera: Colletidae) tagmata (head, mesosoma, metasoma) of female bee. The RNA was used to generate a Eukaryotic (250~300 bp insert) cDNA library for RNA sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE 150, Q30>=80%). The bees were collected from Puu Oo Trail (Waiakea ahupuaa, Hilo moku) on Mauna Loa, Hawaii.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA793271 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
