Hylaeus volcanicus isolate: RNA-seq reads from Puu Oo Trail, female
dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 06:47authored byUSDA-ARS
Raw and unassembled transcriptome sequences from Hylaeus volcanicus (Perkins, 1899) (Hymenoptera: Colletidae) tagmata (head, mesosoma, metasoma) of female bee. The RNA was used to generate a Eukaryotic (250~300 bp insert) cDNA library for RNA sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE 150, Q30>=80%). The bees were collected from Puu Oo Trail (Waiakea ahupuaa, Hilo moku) on Mauna Loa, Hawaii.
