Raw and unassembled transcriptome sequences from Hylaeus anthracinus (Smith, 1853) (Hymenoptera: Colletidae) tagmata (head, mesosoma, metasoma) of female bee. The RNA was used to generate a Eukaryotic (250~300 bp insert) cDNA library for RNA sequencing on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE 150, Q30>=80%). The bee was collected from Kaloko Beach, Waimanalo ahupuaa, Koolaupoko moku, Oahu Island, Hawaii.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA793931 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
