Hydrangea macrophylla Reference Genome Sequence

The Hydrangea macrophylla cultivar Veitchii and Endless Summer were utilized for whole genome sequencing with Pacific Biosciences for development of a high-quality genome reference sequence. The same source was also used to develop corresponding data to support polishing and scaffolding.
