Honey bee guts, crops, and corbicular pollen Targeted Locus (Loci)

We surveyed the bacterial communities of pollen forager guts, crops, and corbicular pollen using high throughput 16S rRNA sequencing. These data complement and in some cases provide novel additions to the existing literature regarding the honey bee microbiome.
