High-throughput short read sequencing of Cryptococcus flavescens OH182.9_3C genome

The genome of Cryptococcus flavescens OH182.9_3C was sequenced on Illumina GAII for 76 cycles. The sequence reads were assembled using Velvet with the parameters hash length 31 nt and minimum contig length 300 nt.
