Halomonas eurihalina strain:MS1 Genome sequencing and assembly

This study aimed to identify genetic information enabling adaptation of the bacterium to the harsh environmental (saline) condition during salt-packed cured hides. This would eventually useful for the decontamination of polluted habitat. Furthermore, this project also deal with to formulate the antimicrobial solutions which are effective for management or control of the aforesaid bacterium.
