Huanglongbing (HLB) is a disease that is threatening the viability of the citrus industry worldwide. Some trees in Florida appear to have some tolerance to this disease, and they are called survivor trees. This study was to identify the bacteria and fungi that inhabit these trees with the goal of developing new HLB management strategies.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA590541 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
