Huanglongbing (HLB) is a disease that is threatening the viability of the citrus industry worldwide. Some trees in Florida appear to have some tolerance to this disease, and they are called survivor trees. This study was to identify the bacteria and fungi that inhabit these trees with the goal of developing new HLB management strategies.
