Bangladeshi infants gut microbiota (16S V4) sequences. Stool samples were collected during the early infancy (6, 11, and 15 weeks) and 2 of age. Detailed of the study design, sequencing and sequence data processing has been reported in Huda et al. 2014 (PMID: 25002669); Huda et al. 2019a (PMID: 30674610); and Huda et al. 2019b (PMID: 31006815).
