This study comprises genotyping-by-sequencing data of 273 wheat (Triticum aestivum) lines grown in 2017 preliminary yield trials (F3:6) in the Nebraska small grains breeding program. The DNA was extracted from the F3:5 lines grown in 2016 and the same marker data was used for the F3:6 lines grown in 2017. SNPs called from this data were used in genome-wide association studies and genomic selection.
