dataset

A diversity panel of tepary beans was assembled and genotyped via GBS. Non-tepary samples were also included. Multiplexed GBS reads of tepary beans and other Phaseolus spp. GBS libraries were prepared with ApeKI restriction enzyme using methods optimized for Phaseolus vulgaris (Hart and Griffiths 2015). The fastq files are named according to the flowcell ID and lane number used to generate the sequence data.
