The Broad Institute conducted a comparative genomic analysis of several Saccharomyces species, including Saccharomyces paradoxus. They produced a high-quality draft sequence of the Saccharomyces paradoxus strain NRRLY-17217 genome at 7.7X sequence coverage using a whole genome shotgun (WGS) approach. The assembly, which represents approximately 98% of the Saccharomyces paradoxus genome, consists of 832 contigs.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1440 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
