Genome sequencing of Panteao spp., some causing Center Rot in Onions

The goal of this study is to develop genome sequences, annotations, and other genomic resources for a number of field isolates of Pantoea spp., including Pantoea agglomerans and Pantoea ananatis, that cause Center Rot in onions (Allium cepa).
