Genome sequence of Xylella fastidiosa isolates from Mississippi

We report genome sequences of Xylella fastidiosa strains NOB1, OK3, and VB11, which were isolated from the diseased bunch and muscadine grapes grown the southern Mississippi. The project aims to compare the genomes of Mississippi isolates to their counterparts from other parts of the U.S. and the world.
