Genome resequencing biotypes of the Soybean aphid, Aphis glycines

Four soybean aphid biotypes show different abilities to feed on and grow on soybean cultivars with different resistance to Aphis glycines (Rag) traits. Short reads from the soybean aphid virulent biotype 1, as well as virulent biotype 2, biotype 3 and biotype 4 that are adapted to survive on soybean cultivars with Rag1, Rag2, and Rag1 and Rag2 traits, respectively.
