Whole genome sequencing for genome edited, empty vector and wildtype events in diploid potato,DRH195 and Camelina sativa cv. Suneson. StuPPO1-3 were targeted in potato. CsFAD2 was targeted in Camelina and lines were generated from a previous study (Jiang et al. 2017)
