Genome-Wide Association and Prediction of Traits Related to Salt Tolerance in Autotetraploid Alfalfa

GBS data of half-sib population of 285 individuals from 38 half-sib families developed by polycross with the original parents of Malone, Salado, Saranac, Alfagraze, P53V08, Renovator, Spreader III and Wrangler 5, Archer II, Cimerron, Forager, Mesa Sersa, and U2948 2, followed by four cycles of recurrent selection. GBS tata was obtained by Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencer, producing single-ended reads of 100 bp each.
