dataset

DNAseq and RNAseq comparing early- and late-blooming individuals of sour cherry siblings. Early-bloomers have 0 copies of a special chr4 QTL haplotype, k, previously identified in Cai et al. 2018. Late-bloomers have two copies of k. Goal: find candidate genes for future study controlling bloom in fruit trees.
