The gene expression of Salmonella enterica Typhimurium MB282 residing in the food vacuole (phagosome) of Tetrahymena was analyzed by microarray. Overall design: A minimum of three biological replicates were used. Each biological rep was comprised of at least two technical replicate arrays. MB282 incubated in H2O and MB282 grown to mid - log in LB were used as controls.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA126559 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
