GPE bull sequence

Sequence from sires of the Germplasm Evaluation (GPE) project. Includes AI sires from beef breeds popular in the US, and sons who were influential natural service sires in the GPE population. Low-coverage genome sequence was obtained from all bulls, and merged with exome sequence when available.
