Full length 16S rRNA sequencing of adult male and female Mediteranean fruit fly (Ceratitis capitata), Oriental fruit fly (Bactrocera dorsalis), melon fly (Zeugodacus cucurbitae), and solanum fruit fly (Bactrocera latifrons). Four replicate timepoints of five male and female fruit flies. Amplicons were concatenated with Kinnex and sequenced on two PacBio Revio SMRT cells.
