Foliar fungal microbiomes in agricultural landscapes of North Carolina

In this study, we characterized fungi in leaves of corn, soy, switchgrass, and wheat crops from across North Carolina. Our goal was to understand what local and landscape conditions affect assembly of the fungal microbiome in agricultural ecosystems.
