16s rRNA gene sequences from two mesophilic, operationally similar flow-through bioreactors. Bioreactors were operated to test the hypothesis that organic material derived from dairy manure could be fermented into target compounds by a self-assembled community. The recovery of organic material as chemical commodities from agricultural residues such as dairy manure is important for environmental and economic sustainability.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA721738 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
