De novo genome assembly of a single Fannia canicularis individual. A single individual was converted into high molecular weight DNA to generate long read sequences on the PacBio sequencing platform. The data was generated to compare the genomes of known biting and other pest fly species.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA1272567 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
