Exome capture raw reads of durum wheat (Triticum turgidum subsp. durum) accession Rusty

This study used exome sequencing to detect polymorphisms between two parental lines Kronos. The sequence of Kronos assembly was already available. Using the polymorphisms, we developed primers pairs to map a stem rust resistance gene SrKN in tetraploid wheat.
