Evaluating the assembly of diverse bacterial genomes using MinION™ long-read sequencing technology

Nine different bacterial strains belonging to three genera, Aeromonas, Flavobacterium and Pseudocardia were sequenced using the MinION and MiSeq. Different assembly pipelines were evaluated.
