dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 05:41authored byNorth Dakota State University
We sampled surface soil isolates of Escherichia coli from phylogroups B1B and D to measure their capacity to survive in adverse soil conditions. Whole genome sequencing was performed on E. coli isolates to find genomic variation associated with high and low death rate phenotypes.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA374835 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
