Effects of storage conditions on microbial profile and dormancy progression of potato tuber

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different storage temperatures on microbiome profile of potato tuber and its subsequent impact on dormancy progression. Overall, our findings highlight how different storage conditions impact tuber microbiome and emphasize the importance of temperature, tissue type, and storage time in shaping microbial communities and dormancy progression.
