The study aims to determine quantitative and qualitative changes in gene expression that the exposure to two sublethal concentrations (0.7 ppb and 7.0 ppb) of the neonicotinoid pesticide imidacloprid may have on larvae from the common Eastern North American bumble bee Bombus impatiens.
