Effects of BMD administration on the Turkey gut microbiota

This study examines the impacts of BMD administration of the gut microbiota of turkeys. Three different treatments were investigated, control, sub-therapeutic levels of BMD, and therapeutic levels of BMD. Shotgun metagenomic reads were generated from cecal contents at days 7, 35, and 78 post hatch.
