The objectives of this study were to examine the effect of Aspergillus flavus colonization of maize under different water activity (aw; 0.99 and 0.91), temperature (30 and 37oC), and carbon dioxide (350, 640, and 1000 ppm) conditions on aflatoxin B1 production and impacts on the transcriptome using RNAseq.
It is recommended to cite the accession numbers that are assigned to data submissions, e.g. the GenBank, WGS or SRA accession numbers. If individual BioProjects need to be referenced, state that "The data have been deposited with links to BioProject accession number PRJNA380582 in the NCBI BioProject database (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/)."
