The goal of this study was to evaluate what changes occur in the pig nasal microbiota when exposed to important respiratory pathogens Influenza A Virus (IAV) or Bordetella bronchiseptica. The endpoints of this study included 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis of the nasal microbiota after exposure to either 1) IAV or 2) Bordetella bronchiseptica.
