Dopamine Treated Arabidopsis thaliana Raw sequence reads

7 day old Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings were treated with 0 or 50 mM dopamine for 2 or 8 hours and subjected to RNA sequencing using an Illumina HiSeq 2000. This project contains three reps for each treatment and timepoint, leading to 12 samples in total.
