Diaphorina citri geographic population genome sequencing for comparative genomics

dataset
posted on 2024-06-11, 06:48 authored by University of California, Davis
Diaphorina citri collected from three different geographic localities (California, Taiwan, and Uruguay) were sequenced and assembled using a combination of PacBio HiFi reads and proximity ligation Hi-C reads. These genomes are the basis for comparative genomics between D. citri populations.
