DNA sequences of each allele for 165 loci found in a population of 147 fully sequenced IncI2 plasmids with allelic identifiers.

Data is based on whole-genome sequences in the National Center for Biotechnology Information database as of July, 2017.

Intended use

Data sequences are for assigning allele identifiers for doing multi-locus sequence typing of IncI2 plasmids for population genetics studies. A plasmid sequence is mapped against the database to retrieve a list of alleles that are present.
